Management of electronic invoicing and receipts **Job Description** Serprovisa, a company dedicated to developing and marketing global solutions in printing and graphic services, is seeking an Accounting Assistant\-Invoicing. **Requirements**: * Graduate or final-year student in Accounting. * With or without experience in invoicing and accounting. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing. * Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation. * Proficiency in Office and Excel. * Minimum experience in invoicing systems. * Residency in areas adjacent to Huachipa Lurigancho. **Responsibilities and Obligations** **Functions:** * Issue electronic invoices, sales receipts, and credit notes. * Validate customer data (RUC, legal name, address, commercial terms). * Register and control receipts in the system. * Coordinate with commercial and logistics departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. * Electronic invoicing. * Track issued receipts and those pending dispatch or payment. * Maintain organized physical and digital document archives. * Provide support in accounting functions. * Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
