JOB OPPORTUNITY \- ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ***AYM ACCOUNTING ADVISORS, AN ACCOUNTING FIRM WITH OVER 90 CLIENT COMPANIES, IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT FOR OUR CLIENTS LOCATED*** IN CALLAO WORK LOCATION: CALLAO OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: · Graduate in Accounting (Technical or University degree) · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (e.g., Junior Accountant) · ERP system proficiency · Knowledge of Income Tax and IGV, Perceptions, Withholdings, and Detractions, Kardex · Proficiency in Contanet and ANKA · Preference for candidates aged 35 years or younger RESPONSIBILITIES: · Recording of Purchases, Sales, Cash, and Bank transactions · Performing bank reconciliations · Verifying compliance with banking requirements, detractions, and other obligations before registering payment vouchers · Adhering to the accounting closing schedule and reporting deadlines · Knowledge of IGV and Third/Fourth Category Income Tax settlements; retention and detraction regimes · Monthly payroll settlements · Studying and analyzing fluctuations in all account balances, reporting significant variations to the immediate supervisor via comparative financial statements · Analyzing accounts overall, especially those with high volatility · Knowledge of preparing and analyzing accounts, as well as income/expenses and cash flow · Supporting the Accountant in preparing Financial Statements · Preparing Social Benefits settlements upon employee termination, including outstanding remuneration and applicable deductions · Continuously tracking merchandise inflows and outflows and verifying documentation, ensuring each transaction is accurately documented where applicable · Maintaining Fixed Assets records for companies providing such information · Analyzing accounts overall, especially those with high volatility · Verifying whether transactions are subject to banking requirements or other statutory obligations, and ensuring compliance · Analyzing, proposing, and establishing methods, procedures, and standards to align the company's accounting system with generally accepted accounting principles and the General Business Accounting Plan, coordinated with the Supervisor and Head of Accounting · Assisting in preparing monthly Management Reports and other reports, delivered within established or requested deadlines · Printing Accounting Books according to legal obligations and/or submitting Electronic Accounting Books per current regulations and deadlines set by supervisory authorities · Keeping all Kardex (Inventory Control) incoming and outgoing movement documents up-to-date and organized · Performing accounting entries in primary and auxiliary ledgers of the accounting system, in accordance with established control norms and procedures, within SUNAT-mandated deadlines · Keeping departmental files up-to-date SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: · Analytical, responsible, and committed · Positive attitude, proactive, communicative OFFERED: · Market-competitive salary (SME) · Pleasant work environment · Opportunity for continuous growth · Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month (DEPENDS ON EVALUATED EXPERIENCE) Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
