




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage payroll, social benefits, and labor obligations within the construction and mining project sector. Key Highlights: 1. Support in project closings and addressing personnel inquiries On behalf of our client in the construction and mining project sector, we are looking for a **Payroll Assistant** to join their operations in Lima. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Courses in Labor Legislation, Payroll Management, and PDT (Planilla Electrónica). * Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, or similar areas, performing payroll and social benefits functions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and validate payroll updates submitted by team leaders and involved departments, according to payroll type. * Execute pre-payroll and payroll calculations, as well as statutory benefits: bonuses, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), profit-sharing, subsidies, fifth-category income tax, among others. * File and make payments to SUNAT, AFP, EsSalud, and the Ministry of Labor, ensuring compliance with legal obligations. * Manage calculation and payment of social benefit settlements, ensuring proper documentation. * Submit and administer labor documentation via current electronic means. * Address personnel inquiries regarding remuneration, deductions, and contributions. * Support the closing of labor obligations upon project completion. * Manage supplier invoices and purchase orders for the department. * Coordinate the opening and transfer of salary and CTS accounts. * Provide support during new employee onboarding and perform other duties assigned by management. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one. * 100% covered EPS (Health Insurance). * Career progression opportunities.
