**What will you do?**
* Manage and optimize campaigns on **Google Ads B2B** (Search and Display)
* Implement and analyze conversions using **GA4 and Google Tag Manager**
* Create, edit, and optimize **landing pages on WordPress / Elementor**
* Optimize forms, structure, and conversion-focused content
* Analyze metrics and propose continuous improvement initiatives
* Propose customer retention-focused marketing action plans
* Develop and execute monthly and annual strategic marketing plans
* Manage and monitor the annual marketing budget
* Define and track marketing and commercial performance KPIs
* Plan and lead marketing campaigns and promotions
* Design and manage content calendars for social media and the website
* Manage the brand’s social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
**Essential Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
* Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads B2B
* Functional proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Intermediate or advanced knowledge of CRM, CANVA, Digital Marketing, Power BI, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress \+ Elementor
* Advanced expertise in social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Advanced knowledge of landing page creation and editing using WordPress, Shopify

* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
