




Job Summary: Provides support in social welfare management, addressing employee inquiries, managing subsidies, and assisting with initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Exposure to employee well-being and organizational climate processes This position rotates between the Chorrillos and Surco (Ovalo Monitor) offices. **What will be your purpose?** To provide support in employee social welfare management, ensuring timely assistance, administrative order, and implementation of initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment. **What will you do in this role?** * Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, subsidies, and well-being topics. * Support subsidy management with EsSalud (sickness and maternity subsidies). * Monitor medical leaves, other types of leave, and social cases. * Maintain up-to-date documentation control and filing (files, leaves, subsidies). * Support the execution of well-being activities (campaigns, special dates, team-building events). * Coordinate internal actions that promote a positive work environment. * Support management of topics such as lactation rooms, maternity, and reintegration. * Disseminate internal communications related to well-being and benefits. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in Social Work, Administration, or Psychology. * Prior internship experience or 6 months in similar roles is desirable. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude and service-oriented mindset. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity for learning and growth in the HR area. * Positive work environment. * Exposure to employee well-being and organizational climate processes. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
