Opportunities for growth and career path **JOIN C6V, A LEADING SECURITY COMPANY!** **We are looking for a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT to join our team.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Psychology graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or final-cycle student. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in Human Resources (not mandatory!). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (not mandatory!). * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. * Location in the Bellavista district. * Proactivity, dynamism, assertive communication, organization/planning. * Eagerness to learn and develop. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Recruitment and Selection:** * Posting job openings on job boards and social media. * Evaluating and classifying CVs according to position requirements. * Screening at least 50 CVs per week. * Contacting candidates and coordinating interviews. * Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. * Ongoing candidate follow-up. * Organizing applicant documentation. * Supporting job fairs and leaflet distribution at strategic locations. * Coordinating and resolving inquiries related to payroll slips. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1130\.00 * MYPE regime. * Growth opportunities and career path based on performance. * Pleasant work environment that fosters learning and professional development. **If you are passionate about recruitment and selection, apply today and grow with us!** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
