Job Summary: Natura is seeking a Senior Internal Communication Analyst to plan and execute the internal communication strategy in the Andean market and collaborate with the global team. Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** The Senior Internal Communication Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing Natura and Avon’s internal communication strategy in the Andean market—Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador—and will also collaborate with the global communications team based in Brazil. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **Main Responsibilities:** * Write, review, and publish content and assets for internal and external communication channels. * Coordinate internal communication forums. * Identify communication opportunities and serve as the point of contact for business areas. * Coordinate with internal communication agencies, public relations firms, and other vendors. * Monitor and measure communication strategies. * Manage the department’s budget. * Support and oversee requests and mobilizations originating from Brazil. * Continuously amplify and coordinate alignment between internal and institutional communication. * Coordinate spokesperson participation in events, interviews, and public exposure opportunities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related fields. * Minimum 7 years of experience in internal communications within corporations or agencies. * Experience in multimedia content writing/production. * Preferred: Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, and Google Workspace applications. **Technical Competencies:** * Data analysis: Measure impact of internal campaigns (email open rates, engagement, surveys); make data-driven decisions. * Relationship building and stakeholder management: Collaborate with leaders, HR, Marketing, and other departments. * Creativity and innovation: Propose diverse formats (videos, internal campaigns, visual storytelling) to avoid flat or monotonous communications. \#LI\-LA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
