You will be responsible for timely and efficient management of social well-being processes for our store and office employees, leading initiatives that promote their physical and emotional health as well as a positive work environment. Your role will go beyond process management—you will stay close to people, accompany them during important moments, and create initiatives that make a difference in their daily lives. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage administrative and legal processes related to insurance: EPS, Oncological, Life Law, and FOLA. * Provide timely support and assistance to employees in cases of work-related incidents or accidents, serving as a listening channel for personal or family situations. * Conduct home visits when required. * Maintain up-to-date records of pregnant employees and those in lactation periods, as well as manage maternity subsidies where applicable. * Review and manage departmental indicators, tracking key results. * Participate in investigations of occupational incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and following up until employee clearance. * Monitor Occupational Health Program indicators in coordination with the company physician. * Lead the company’s Well-being Program by organizing talks, campaigns, and workshops that promote employee well-being. **What are we looking for?** * University graduate in Social Work—check. * At least 1 year of experience in social well-being roles—great start. * Intermediate-level Excel skills—highly valued here, as management and follow-up are critical. * Knowledge of labor regulations related to social well-being, subsidies, insurance, and social benefits—a strong plus. * Availability to travel between our stores—an important requirement to stay close to our teams. * An empathetic, organized, committed, and service-oriented individual—this role may be perfect for you. **What do we offer?** * 100% EPS coverage. * Oncological insurance. * Indefinite-term contract. * Early Friday all year round. * Corporate discounts.
