Currently, we are looking for a Collections Officer with a service-oriented mindset and a results-driven focus who wishes to develop professionally in the financial sector. Requirements Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). 6 months of experience in collections (preferably in financial, retail, or customer service sectors). Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to grow within the commercial area are mandatory. Availability to work on-site in Surco. Main Responsibilities Manage telephone collections from clients with overdue payments. Negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments made.
