JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure the proper execution of the commercial system of the Agent network by continuously tracking compliance with management ceremonies, commercial indicators, and action plans. Responsible for monitoring field execution, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring effective implementation of commercial campaigns and initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor compliance with the established commercial system for the Agent network. Track the development and execution of management ceremonies (committees, checkpoints, planning and follow-up sessions). Control and analyze commercial, operational, and productivity performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making. Identify execution gaps and propose corrective action plans. Follow up on commitments, agreements, and actions defined during management meetings. Coordinate with commercial and field teams to ensure proper implementation of campaigns, promotions, and commercial strategies. Analyze data on coverage, transactional migration, productivity, and territorial performance. Support trade marketing initiatives aimed at improving visibility, activation, and commercial execution across the Agent network. Generate insights and recommendations contributing to channel objective achievement. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, commercial management, business intelligence, or trade marketing roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets dashboards. Preferred experience in channel management, sales force, retail, banking, or distribution networks. Knowledge of commercial indicators, KPI tracking, and management control.
