Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Leader to manage the omnichannel strategy, supervise sales channels, and drive commercial development and brand growth. Key Highlights: 1. For this reason, we are looking for top talent to fill the following vacancy: **COMMERCIAL LEADER** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or licentiate in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Administration. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Commercial Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar leadership or managerial roles. * Proficiency in performance indicators, commercial strategy, web platforms, and team leadership. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Experience in traditional and virtual channel sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead omnichannel commercial management. * Implement necessary processes to manage area operations. * Manage performance across sales channels (e-commerce, delivery, physical stores). * Supervise service standards across all channels. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-ups on each sales channel’s activities. * Drive commercial development and brand growth. * Coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns. * Develop the commercial team. * Provide innovative ideas to improve operations. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 2300 (microenterprise payroll) * SIS + 15 days of vacation * Transportation allowance contingent upon attendance: S/200 * Performance bonus of S/300 upon 100% achievement of objectives * Fixed rest days on public holidays * Mid-year and year-end bonuses at 50% in July and December * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Discount on purchases at any of our locations.
