




Job Summary: Handle operational tasks in the collections department to improve response times for clients and investors and reduce operational workload. Key Highlights: 1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Send follow-up payment emails to enhance investor experience Respond to inquiries from entrepreneurs and investors to improve their experience Track the delivery of notarial letters to reduce the operational burden on collections executives Prepare amortization schedules, settlements, and restructuring plans to reduce the department’s operational burden Record and update information to keep client data current and validate entered information Requirements University graduate or technical diploma in Economics, Finance, Administration, or related fields.
