Le Cordon Bleu, the leading educational network for training excellence professionals in gastronomy and hospitality worldwide, is seeking to integrate into its team a Professional Intern in Billing and Collections who must meet the following criteria: **Responsibilities:** Execute payment application and billing for funds collected through banks, as well as sending updated balances to those banks. Contribute to reducing unidentified deposits through periodic review thereof. Ensure the use of official payment methods and propose improvements where applicable. Execute collection campaigns via proposed channels (phone calls, SMS, emails) and according to proposed timelines (campaign calendar).
