**Job Description**

Support logistical HR through metrics analysis, talent management, and enhancements to the employee experience.
* Monitor and update HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, staffing levels, overtime, productivity, workplace accidents, and coverage).
* Prepare Excel reports for decision-making.
* Support analysis of information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Assist in recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
* Support the execution of training, recognition, and workplace climate programs.
* Follow up on action plans derived from climate surveys or leadership conversations.
* Coordinate internal communication activities and wellness events.
* Maintain updated documentation and departmental metrics.
* Support continuous improvement and HR process transformation projects.
* Coordinate with operations leaders to gather required information.
* Perform other duties assigned by the HR Business Partner.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Graduates or Bachelor's degree holders in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
* Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level).
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is desirable.
* Intermediate Excel skills (desirable).
* Competencies: Effective communication, proactivity, organization, and customer orientation.
