We are now looking for our new Regulatory Management Analyst. **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of regulatory and legal compliance with authorities such as SBS, MINJUS, BCRP, and Indecopi. * Legal viability and scope analysis for launching new products, services, projects, and branch openings. * Support in obtaining regulatory authorizations and licenses, and provision of general legal advisory services to various company departments. * Coordination with external law firms and management of service provider contracts. * Execution of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes for partners, executives, employees, PEPs, high-risk customers, and unusual transactions. * Preparation and submission of mandatory regulatory reports (RO and ROS) to SBS on anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) matters. * Administration of the Regulatory Risk Matrix and proposal of continuous improvements to mitigate operational and compliance risks. * Handling and resolution of complaints or claims filed via the Complaints Book, Indecopi, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and other competent authorities. * Design and delivery of internal staff training on regulatory and compliance topics. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or licensed attorney in Law * 2 years of experience in AML/CFT, legal, administration, or finance areas * Fluent English * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of financial services **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * 100% coverage of EPS (health insurance) under the base plan * Opportunity to be part of an agile, modern company with international growth potential. * Work at the market-leading foreign exchange fintech startup.
