Job Summary: A professional responsible for comprehensive accounting management, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial information reliability, and decision-making support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the monthly closing process and ensure reliable financial reporting. 2. Ensure regulatory compliance and tax filings. 3. Implement and monitor internal accounting controls. **Responsibilities:** · Ensure proper execution of the monthly accounting cycle, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation, in accordance with IFRS and current regulations. · Supervise and validate journal entries prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. · Lead the monthly closing process to deliver reliable financial reports to Management and the Board of Directors within corporate deadlines. · Ensure accurate calculation and filing of IGV, Income Tax, withholding taxes, advance payments, tax withholdings, and related obligations. · Supervise compliance with formal obligations before SUNAT and other regulatory entities. · Prepare and process the monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with current labor and tax regulations. · Implement, strengthen, and monitor internal accounting controls to ensure traceability and minimize risks. · Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable. · Respond promptly and substantively to internal and external audit requests. · Maintain accounting records for the 10,000 operational laptops, considering leasing arrangements, depreciation, and residual value. · Prepare financial analyses, variance reports, and special reports for the Administration and Finance Management and the Board of Directors. · Transform accounting data into early warnings, trends, insights, and risk indicators to support improved decision-making. · Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the Administration and Finance Management, provided they fall within the scope of the incumbent’s competencies and responsibilities.
