




Job Summary: A digital marketing and social media professional with experience, focused on creating, disseminating, and analyzing content for digital platforms and events. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic creation and dissemination of social media content. 2. Performance analysis of posts and development of dissemination plans. 3. Coordination of giveaways and real-time event coverage. • Disseminate digital platform content via social media, improving information posting and increasing website or social media page visits. • Create social media content remotely or by attending in-person events. • Measure the performance of each social media post (image, tone of communication, timing, etc.) to improve post performance and achieve progressively better results. • Develop dissemination plans for special content or supporting distribution (e.g., cover promotions) or marketing initiatives (e.g., promotions aligned with the marketing department) and other needs of the Publishing House. • Coordinate social media giveaways to ensure transparency and attract participants. • Develop/propose posting plans for each social media platform and for specific campaigns, aiming to drive high-quality traffic to cosas.pe and/or related campaigns. • Report KPI results for each social media platform to immediate supervisors to measure the performance of each social media channel. • Provide real-time event coverage whenever necessary to promptly communicate with our target audience via social media. Examples: Oscars, Emmys, or any local event deemed essential for live coverage. • Maintain constant coordination with the design team to request graphics for various departmental projects—including contest graphics, web banners, photos, and sales presentations (PDF), among others. • Support web editorial operations with video recording and editing as needed. • Perform any other activities deemed relevant by COSAS Publishing Group that relate to the scope of this position across all its products and digital platforms. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Skills: Communication, Facebook Ads, Websites, Digital Platforms, Social Media
