Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on mass recruitment for the retail sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mass recruitment for operational profiles in the retail sector. 2. Conducting competency-based interviews, both in-person and virtual. 3. Building candidate databases and coordinating onboarding. At PUM, a national leader in commercial outsourcing specializing in merchandising, sales activation, and promotion services, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team. **Who are we looking for?** * Must be Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field graduates or bachelor's degree holders. * Experience in mass recruitment for operational profiles in the retail sector. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (forms, databases). * Experience in recruitment via job boards, digital channels, and headhunting. * Competency-based interview skills, both in-person and virtual. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Posting and creating job advertisements on employment portals, social media, and mass media. * Screening and inviting candidates, and scheduling/conducting interviews. * Maintaining an updated applicant database. * Developing mass recruitment campaigns. * Coordinating with internal clients on vacancy status and onboarding. * Managing new hires’ onboarding: document verification, coordination with operations, and onboarding reporting. * Building new candidate pipelines (e.g., job fairs, strategic partnerships, etc.). **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary: PEN 1,300/month, paid as professional service fees. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. * Work modality: 100% on-site in La Perla – Callao (near the intersection of Av.
