**What are the main responsibilities of this role?**
* Manage and organize maintenance of civil structures—including buildings, flooring, drainage systems, roofs, internal roads, and docks—as well as verify the status of the Fire Suppression System (FSS), constant pressure system, and HVAC systems, in coordination with the Maintenance Planner and supervisors.
* Support the preparation of daily/weekly maintenance schedules.
* Coordinate with the Operations department regarding access requests to areas requiring maintenance.
* Track work order closures within the system.
* Monitor and participate in continuous improvement projects.
* Coordinate and track spare parts requirements (stock review), equipment, and materials for work orders.
* Update annual equipment maintenance plans.
* Report backlog.
**What talent are we looking for?**
* Graduates or final-year students pursuing degrees in Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced Excel skills (macros and pivot tables).
* Advanced PowerPoint skills.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Power BI (desirable).
