Today, we aim to welcome a **Marketing Analyst** who shares our passion for building a better future. **What You’ll Build:** * Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities. * Measure and monitor commercial and digital KPIs, evaluating lead behavior throughout the sales process. * Assess the effectiveness of events, trade fairs, activations, and other marketing initiatives. * Develop dashboards, executive reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making. * Build Buyer Persona profiles and generate insights to strengthen customer understanding. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance across key lead-generation channels. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Sales, and other business units to advance continuous improvement initiatives. **What Will Set You Apart:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Commercial Intelligence roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Expertise in Power BI. * Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital metrics. * CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot or similar platforms) is desirable. **The Imagina Experience:** * Flexible hybrid work arrangement. * Flexible paid time-off vouchers to enjoy life’s most important moments. * Well-being programs designed to enhance your quality of life. * A close-knit, collaborative environment where people truly make a difference. * Spaces to learn, share ideas, and keep growing. * Corporate partnerships and benefits. *At Imagina, we foster a culture rooted in respect, diversity, and equal opportunity.
