Position **Sales Department Assistant** **Location:** San Miguel, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Part-time (4 hours daily \- Monday to Friday) Responsibilities * Contact potential customers via phone calls, messages, or other channels. * Provide information about the company's services and address inquiries. * Follow up with prospects until sale closure. * Maintain an updated customer database and record all interactions. * Meet departmental sales targets and key performance indicators. * Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality service. * Participate in training sessions and commercial meetings to strengthen knowledge and skills. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is preferred. * Excellent verbal communication and fluency (mandatory). * Proactivity, results orientation, and a learning mindset. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively. * Basic proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace).
