Coordination of reservations, meetings, and administrative tasks Job Description We are looking for a Receptionist/Doorman, preferably bilingual, customer-service-oriented, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability, to join our team in Barranco. Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person, telephone, and virtual assistance to clients, visitors, and suppliers. * Manage visitor entry and registration. * Receive, forward, and follow up on phone calls and emails. * Coordinate reservations, meetings, and administrative activities. * Maintain updated documentation and records for the department. * Support daily operational administrative tasks. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in reception, hospitality, or Airbnb roles. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts in Miraflores.
