Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our team and manage talent, onboarding, and personnel administration processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant for the district of SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES**, who is dynamic, versatile, and enjoys teamwork. If you love staying active and learning new things, this position is for you! What will you do with us? Talent Acquisition: You will lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational (high-turnover) and administrative positions. Onboarding and Culture: You will coordinate and implement onboarding and training programs, ensuring every new hire embodies our DNA from day one. Personnel Administration: You will support attendance tracking, contract follow-up, and basic labor legislation management. What are we looking for in you? Education: Technical or university graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Strategic Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience leading recruitment and selection processes, preferably handling high-turnover profiles (restaurants, fast food, or retail). Tools: Solid knowledge of basic labor legislation and intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Schedule: Availability for fully in-person work, Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Your Profile: We seek someone highly proactive, impeccably organized, empathetic in communication, and with great tolerance for working under pressure.
