At our company, we value the commitment and dedication of our team; therefore, we are looking for: * **Restaurant Assistant:** **Responsibilities:** * Lead teams by delivering outstanding service and maintaining an optimal work environment within the restaurant, positively impacting customer satisfaction and sales growth, while efficiently performing assigned administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency (creating tables, charts, Google Drive, cash register formats). * Experience placing orders with suppliers and managing invoice controls. * Sales forecasting and market demand analysis. * Creating, reading, and making decisions based on reports. * Experience in cash reconciliation, petty cash management, and counterfeit bill identification. * Customer service experience. * Experience preparing delivery orders. * Experience working with apps such as Rappi, Pedidos Ya, among others. * General knowledge of kitchen operations and processes. **Competencies:** * Decision-making. * Critical thinking. * Planning and teamwork. * Assertive communication and proactivity. * Ability to work with and supervise diverse teams. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * SCTR and Life Insurance Law coverage. * Essalud. * Snack allowance. * Career development path. * Ongoing training. * Opening shift schedules.
