Position Summary: Advise customers on graphic solutions, develop comprehensive proposals, strengthen business relationships, and contribute to sales objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening of long-term business relationships **\*Position Objective** Provide specialized consulting on graphic solutions by understanding customer needs to develop comprehensive proposals that generate value, strengthen long-term business relationships, and support the company’s sales objectives. **Main Responsibilities** Prospect and acquire new customers (companies, agencies, retail, etc.). Respond to inquiries and requests from existing customers. Provide technical advice on materials, finishes, and printing processes (offset, digital, etc.). Prepare and send quotations for graphic products (bags, boxes, displays, labels, banners, among others). Follow up on quotations until sale closure. Coordinate with production to verify timelines, materials, and feasibility. Manage orders and track them until final delivery. Maintain the customer database up to date. Achieve monthly sales targets. Identify business opportunities and new product lines. **Position Requirements** **Education:** Technical or university studies in Marketing or Administration (completed degree) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales (preferably in printing, advertising, or related fields). **Knowledge:** Printing processes (desirable). Proficiency in quotation preparation software. Basic/intermediate Office skills (Excel, Word). CRM usage (desirable). Competencies Communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity and organization.
