Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to develop and implement safety, occupational health, and environmental plans; supervise operational activities; and manage SSOMA regulatory compliance. We are looking for an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** **On-site Mode \- Lima, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the project’s safety, occupational health, and environmental plan until client validation is obtained. * Develop daily work formats and validate them with the client’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) department. * Continuously supervise all personnel’s operational activities and report non-conformities, unsafe conditions, or acts. * Maintain mandatory OSH and Environmental Management (EM) records as required by law and client standards. * Update the project’s SSOMA management according to the scheduled plan. * Establish project committees as mandated by law. * Form the emergency response team and train its members. * Request safety materials assigned to the project from the direct supervisor and safeguard them, ensuring proper handling and correct management of issuance and return. * Manage solid waste (RRSS) disposal in coordination with contractors and/or third parties. * Submit biweekly and monthly reports with statistics summarizing activities carried out during the assigned project. * Develop and deliver the SSOMA dossier to the client via a handover act, ensuring signature and acceptance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Valid professional license and certification in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Management, or related disciplines. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SG SST), high-risk works, etc. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic English proficiency. * Driver’s license (preferred). * Willingness and ability to travel and relocate. **Benefits:** * SCTR and VL coverage. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Benefits accessible via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career development path.
