**REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical Professional graduated in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience as mechanical maintenance technician. * Availability to work in the district of Villa el Salvador. **MAIN FUNCTIONS:** * Actively support the optimal performance and real-time availability of equipment. * Actively support value creation in equipment management. * Actively support the execution of maintenance management for assigned equipment, including diagnosis, planning, implementation, and monthly maintenance control. * Actively support the analysis of risks in equipment management. * Analyze and determine the cause of deficiencies in electrical/electronic components through equipment inspection. * Provide scheduled maintenance and repair services for equipment as directed by the maintenance coordinator. * Prepare reports on equipment and completed work (preventive, corrective maintenance, and modifications). * Participate in equipment improvement analysis meetings. * Anticipate crises and resolve them with leadership and effective decision-making, establishing at least two contingency plans. * Perform routine inspections requested via ERP (identifying failures during inspection). * Coordinate the creation of corrective work orders, associating required spare parts. * Ensure order and cleanliness of workshop facilities, as well as spare parts inventory. * Be familiar with electrical schematics, service manuals, and spare parts for proper usage. * Promote a culture of continuous growth and continuous improvement in assigned tasks. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Payroll inclusion from day one with all legal benefits. * General regime. * Good working environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
