VGM and MATRICES Assistant (Customs)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Visto Bueno Assistant with experience in SINTAD and customs procedures to review documentation, collect information, and manage formalities at terminals. Key Highlights: 1. Indispensable experience in operating the SINTAD system 2. Procedures and formalities at extraportuary and portuary terminals 3. Knowledge of customs legislation and procedures Our company requires filling the position of Visto Bueno Assistant. Indispensable requirement: Familiarity with and ability to operate the SINTAD system. Required experience includes: * Data entry into the department's operational system (SINTAD). * Review of documentation provided by CLIENTS (Import Entry, Bill of Lading, Weight Ticket). * Collection of GRE and Weight Tickets from assigned clients. * Knowledge, control, and use of the platform for Matrix submission. * Procedures and formalities at various extraportuary and portuary terminals. * Knowledge of submission of FINAL and preliminary DATA. * Handling subsequent corrections to FINAL DATA. * Coordination with shipping lines, airlines, and their agents. * Knowledge of customs legislation, procedures, penalty tables, and related regulations. * Review and operation of relevant websites (SUNAT, EXTRANET, etc.) related to customs management. * Completion of tasks assigned to this position. * Knowledge of export endorsements. * Responding to client requests (internal and external) via email, telephone, WhatsApp, or other designated means. * Analyzing new processes or improvements to enhance task performance. * Compliance with legal and technical procedures of customs services. * Adherence to deadlines for handling Matrix and VGM operations. * Attendance at scheduled meetings both inside and outside the office. * Recognition of each client's waybills. * Submission of Matrix, VGM, and FINAL DATA. * Knowledge of the Sintad ERP system. * Other duties related to this position as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management. * Offered: Benefits: Compensation: PEN 1,500 Career path and specialization in international trade and customs Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting from PEN 1,500.00 per month Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting from PEN 1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
