Position Summary: We are seeking a technical professional in administration or logistics with experience in industrial warehouses to manage the control, registration, and distribution of raw materials and products. Coordination with Quality, Purchasing, and Dispatch departments Job Description: **Requirements:** \- Technical studies in administration, warehousing, logistics, and/or related fields are required. \- Two (2) years of experience in similar positions; preferably with prior work experience as a Warehouse Clerk or Warehouse Assistant in industrial companies. \- Must reside in areas adjacent to Ate, San Juan de Lurigancho, Santa Anita, or San Luis. **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor invoices and receiving documents for raw material and other supply orders, verifying quantities, coding, and batch labeling as established. \- Register incoming and consumed raw material orders in the information system, incorporating observations to the Quality department when applicable. \- Update the Kardex in the corresponding system for chemical supply control, ensuring traceability and proper registration. \- Submit weekly inventory reports and request necessary system adjustments from the relevant department to reconcile actual supply stock levels. \- Receive and distribute raw materials to their designated locations, verifying documentation, purchase orders, and corresponding batches. \- Review the daily procurement schedule and notify the Purchasing department upon stock consumption. \- Receive, inspect, and label finished products for subsequent dispatch. \- Coordinate with the Quality department for inspection and release of finished products. \- Register daily supplier consumption in the system, entering quantities and batches into the respective warehouses for subsequent internal use and physical dispatch to the requesting department. \- Archive and manage documentation related to handling and manipulation of supplies, in accordance with their respective safety data sheets and technical specifications. \- Coordinate with the Dispatch Documentation department regarding the entry and exit of units intended for suppliers of raw materials and/or finished products, supervising loading and unloading of supplies as required, including returns where applicable.
