Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Trainer to train and onboard new employees, ensuring quality and service standards. Key Highlights: 1. Training and onboarding of new employees 2. Employee development in stores We are looking for a Store Trainer to ensure the proper training and onboarding of our new employees, guaranteeing compliance with Subway's quality and service standards. **What We Offer:** * Flexible working hours. * Two monthly meal vouchers. * Meals provided during store work shifts. * Certified virtual training related to customer service. **What We Look for in You:** * University or technical graduate in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in human resources, training, or employee coaching. * Customer service or quick-service restaurant experience is preferred. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability for in-person work and travel between stores. * Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills. **Your Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment processes at stores. * Monitor and follow up on contract signing procedures. * Conduct in-store training and coaching for new employees. * Coordinate employee deployment to stores upon completion of training. * Send documents and uniforms to stores weekly, and update and manage office supplies and recruitment materials inventory. * Track expiration dates of health certificates and BPMA certifications, ensuring compliance with established requirements. * Monitor progress and completion of virtual training courses, ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Provide support to store managers on matters related to employee training and development.
