Job Summary: Moventi is seeking a Talent Attraction Intern to support recruitment and selection processes, with opportunities for growth in Human Capital. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in developing job profiles and managing recruitment processes. 2. Conduct active candidate sourcing and track recruitment processes. 3. Participate in climate, culture, and engagement activities and propose improvements. At Moventi, we are looking for a **Talent Attraction Intern**, oriented toward recruitment and selection processes, with interest in developing within the Human Capital area. Requirements * Graduated in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes * Knowledge of interview techniques and resume screening * Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.) * Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities * Support internal clients in developing job profiles by identifying business needs * Manage recruitment and selection processes: posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates * Conduct active candidate sourcing across multiple channels * Ensure adherence to timelines in selection processes * Deliver an appropriate candidate and internal client experience * Maintain updated databases and generate departmental reports * Provide support during onboarding and initial follow-up of new hires * Participate in climate, culture, and engagement activities * Propose improvements to talent attraction processes Benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Internship agreement * FOLA insurance * Hybrid work modality * Career development path Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
