Job Summary: A professional with experience in treasury management, payments, billing, collections, and accounting and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule control and monitoring **Main Responsibilities** * **Treasury Management:** Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions and safeguard access credentials to financial platforms * **Payment Execution:** Manage payments to suppliers, tax withholdings, and other financial obligations, ensuring proper documentation and accurate recording * **Payroll Management:** Support payroll disbursement, AFP contributions, and opening of salary accounts * **Billing and Collections:** Issue monthly invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate directly with clients * **Accounting and Administrative Support:** Provide assistance in accounting closings, audits, document archiving, and review of SUNAT/SUNAFIL email inboxes * **Control and Monitoring:** Ensure adherence to schedules and organize physical and digital departmental documentation Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar positions * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in banking platforms, taxation, and intermediate-level MS Office Work Modality: Remote work – one day per week in the office Position Type: Permanent Salary: S/.2,400\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
