Job Summary: We are seeking Waiters and Hostesses with a strong service orientation to attend to our customers and maintain the dining area in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Development of customer service skills We are EL TRIDENTE, a cevichería restaurant, seeking talented individuals like YOU to take on the following roles: Waiters and Hostesses **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (restaurant experience preferred) * Residency in areas near downtown Lima * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (rotating days off) * Knowledge of standard service procedures **Responsibilities:** * Thorough knowledge of the establishment's menu. * Report to work dressed appropriately, clean, with trimmed hair and nails, and without beard or mustache. * Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, reflected in consistent positive attitude toward customers. * Inspect the dining area’s condition from the previous shift. * Clean and prepare the dining area. * Set tables (individual place settings, plates, chopsticks), considering reservations to ensure correct table setup. * Be aware of current promotions for the shift. * Know assigned zones within the dining area. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits * Meals provided * Market-competitive compensation * Punctuality bonuses * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Individual tips ***The Tridente awaits you...!*** Salary: Up to S/.1,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please state your age and current district of residence. * Where was your last job, and what was the reason for leaving? * If interested in this job opportunity, please provide your mobile phone number.
