Control costs and inventories Job Description: A company engaged in the manufacturing and commercialization of beverages is seeking an Administrative Manager to lead service operations, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality. Responsibilities: \- Archive personnel documents, contracts, vacation records, personal information, and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, among others. \- Personnel management, motivation, talent handling, and attendance tracking. \- Accounting knowledge to organize and verify documents provided by the accountant and review the SUNAT platform. \- Issue daily invoices. \- Control costs and inventories. \- Effective communication: Convey ideas clearly and empathetically. \- Strong communication skills and team leadership. REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum education: Technical or university degree in Business Administration. \- Minimum experience: At least 1 year of related experience. \- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Knowledge of labor, regulatory, and commercial legal frameworks to successfully handle inspections. IMPORTANT WORK CONDITIONS: \- REMUNERATION: Net salary of S/1800, with formal payroll registration after the probationary period under the MYPE regime. \- WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Ability to work overtime on weekends. \- WORK LOCATION: Villa María del Triunfo, Av.
