Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hostess with customer service expertise to welcome guests, manage table assignments, coordinate with the team, and handle inquiries, representing Shizen's brand image. Opportunity for growth Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience as a hostess, front desk attendant, or in customer service. * Outstanding presence and communication skills. * Proactive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. * Availability to work part-time shifts (afternoons, evenings, and weekends). * Advanced English (preferred). Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Manage the waiting list and table assignments. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless guest service. * Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and requests. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. * Deliver an outstanding first impression, representing Shizen's brand image and standards.
