We offer on-site remote outsourcing services, including Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support Services, among others. We are looking for a Junior Data Product Owner to join our team. This role is designed for someone with a technical development background who is interested in transitioning into product and project management within the data and artificial intelligence domain. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from senior developers and our Data Lead, gaining hands-on experience in requirements gathering, project management, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologies. This is a growth-oriented role where you will receive mentorship to become a bridge between business needs and technical execution—while still leveraging your development expertise. **Responsibilities**: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize data requirements. * Learn to manage the full lifecycle of data products: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions. * Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to understand technical solutions and ensure alignment with business needs. * Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement). * Clearly and accurately document user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for data projects. * Assist in managing and tracking the data team’s backlog using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and data teams to clarify requirements and resolve misalignments. * Collaborate with data team members and stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy of delivered solutions. * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating business requests into data technical specifications. * Support the creation and maintenance of the data roadmap based on business priorities. * Track progress of data projects to ensure timely delivery, testing, and implementation. **Requirements**: * Advanced English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. * Basic knowledge of data workflows: data ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization. * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and SQL for querying and analyzing data. * Understanding of data flows and ETL/ELT processes. * Experience in data analysis, data engineering, or software development, with strong technical problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail. * Interest in learning about product ownership, agile methodologies, and project management applied to data teams. * Ability to clearly and simply explain data-related technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **What We Offer**: * Join a fast-growing global company with presence in 4 countries. * Professional development and growth opportunities in an international environment. * Multicultural teams and global projects. * Flexible hours and hybrid work mode, enabling a healthy work-life balance. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Employment benefits from day one, including full payroll processing and job stability. * Excellent working environment with on-time payments, growth opportunities, and weekend rest.
