Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for our beauty salon, responsible for managing social media accounts, creating content, and responding to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 2. Create and upload engaging content (stories, reels) 3. Interact directly with clients and schedule appointments A well-known hair salon is looking for a **MARKETING ASSISTANT** for our beauty salon located in the Surco branch. Requirements: * Technical or university graduates in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. * Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred. * 1 year of experience managing social media. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Canva and Capcut Pro. * Experience handling social media leads. Responsibilities: * Respond to client messages on social media. * Schedule client appointments. * Post stories featuring designs by specialists. * Create and upload reels showcasing our services on social media. * Submit monthly reports on post reach and engagement. * Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Salary: S/ 1,800 \+ commissions from product sales. Work Location: Santiago de Surco Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM; Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
