Job Summary: Newrest is seeking a General Assistant for its cafeteria at the New Jorge Chávez International Airport in Callao, responsible for cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of equipment and areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas and equipment. 2. Maintain order of equipment, utensils, and areas. 3. Support activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru for 13 years. We are currently seeking a **GENERAL ASSISTANT** for our cafeteria located within the ***New Jorge Chávez International Airport in Callao***. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning of assigned areas according to established standards. * Carry out cleaning and disinfection tasks for assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Maintain order of assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Collect waste from assigned areas. * Scrape food residue from trays; separate food waste and liquids from tableware; sort tableware by type * (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). * Manually wash pre-scraped tableware and utensils using the detergent assigned for the operation, controlling quantities in accordance with the washing procedure. * Dry and disinfect tableware used during each service. * Perform weekly bleaching of all tableware, glasses, and trays—or as scheduled per contract. * Provide support in activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Base salary + bonuses + 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments. ***Newrest is an inclusive employer committed to hiring people with diverse abilities*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Application Question(s): * IN WHICH DISTRICT DO YOU RESIDE? * HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN THIS POSITION?
