Job Posting: Billing Assistant A company engaged in the manufacturing of refrigeration equipment, located in the Villa El Salvador Industrial Park (Lima), is seeking a Billing Assistant to join its team. Requirements: Student pursuing a degree in Administration or Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or similar positions. Basic knowledge of tax and accounting regulations. Proficiency in billing software. Intermediate-level Excel skills. Main Responsibilities: Generate and issue payment documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, etc.). Verify and monitor customer payments against issued invoices. Track outstanding invoices and coordinate collection actions. Ensure compliance with current tax and fiscal regulations. Organize, archive, and manage related documentation. Perform reconciliations of sales records and other transactions. Maintain updated sales and purchase records. Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary documentation for billing. Prepare and submit periodic sales, purchase, and other reports.
