Main Responsibilities: Execute and supervise merchandise handling (receipt, inspection, counting, sampling, labeling, storage, and dispatch), complying with established procedures. Control inventories (daily and cyclic), ensuring stock accuracy and preventing claims. Inspect merchandise condition and quality, identifying and reporting defective or non-conforming items. Coordinate and ensure proper preparation, receipt, and dispatch of merchandise according to documentation (delivery notes, invoices, and orders). Organize, direct, and supervise the workforce, promoting productivity, efficiency, and a positive work environment. Optimize warehouse space utilization (organization, slotting, BPAs, and storage). Coordinate import receipt activities, managing required resources (space, personnel, and equipment). Supervise compliance with BPAs, organization, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the warehouse. Manage operational incidents and promptly report them to the supervisor. Monitor appropriate use of equipment, machinery, tools, and traffic flow in maneuvering zones.
