Job Summary: Support the strategy, implementation, and reporting of marketing campaigns for IPRESS products and services, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, and analyzing metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the strategy and implementation of 360° marketing campaigns. 2. Coordinate with internal departments and agencies for campaign creation. 3. Analyze KPIs and metrics to optimize communications. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Support the strategy, implementation, and reporting of marketing campaigns for products developed by IPRESS. 1\. Implement and develop reports for 360° communication campaigns across cross-functional services and clinics. 2\. Supervise the digital rollout of campaigns and tactical actions for assigned cross-functional services. 3\. Constantly coordinate with other internal departments such as Commercial and Legal for campaign development. 4\. Coordinate and manage monthly reports with media, creative, and PR agencies. 5\. Analyze KPIs and metrics of communications deployed at each location. 6\. Develop and implement the always-on content strategy and calendar for our social media channels, coordinating with the community manager. 7\. Review campaign budgets and propose new initiatives. 8\. Support the implementation of in-person and/or virtual events for various internal IPRESS clients. 9\. Support the deployment of advertising materials at sales channel locations, retail outlets, Auna Clinics’ service sites, and national cross-functional service locations. 10\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 11\. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or "Foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, warm, and compassionate care." **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * + Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Marketing and Advertising Assistant. * + Preferred experience in banking, agencies, retail, healthcare, insurance, and/or fast-moving consumer goods sectors. * + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * + Intermediate Excel and analytics skills. * + Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **Selection** **Process** ---------------------------- The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
