Currently, we provide sales services for corporate and individual products to BBVA Bank; therefore, we are seeking a Mortgage Credit Supervisor. POSITION: MORTGAGE CREDIT SUPERVISOR MODALITY: HYBRID (FIELD AND REMOTE) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive mortgage loan placements. Conduct daily performance tracking and goal achievement monitoring. Train and support the team throughout the commercial process. Analyze KPIs and optimize team productivity. Establish partnerships with real estate agencies. WE OFFER: Base salary + commissions High commissions starting from the first transaction. Bonuses and incentives for goal achievement.
