Responsibilities: Achieve the assigned personal sales quota, follow the company-established sales process, and suggest strategies to meet the sales forecast. Provide customer orientation on various sports and the technology used in each sport. Support for additional tasks (cleaning, organization, restocking, bagging, steaming, cashier, etc.).
