REQUIREMENTS: Professional with a degree in ACCOUNTING or INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or related fields Minimum of 1 year of certified experience Experience in payroll processing under the General Regime and Civil Construction Regime Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of labor legislation RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of time cards and attendance records. Calculation of taxes (withholdings, contributions, Essalud, etc.) Input of updates (bonuses, deductions, tardiness, among others) into the system. Settlement of social benefits. Preparation and processing of weekly project-based payroll. Other duties inherent to the area.
