Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Manager to oversee logistics, distribution, and storage of finished products, supplies, and raw materials, leading a team in the food industry. Optimize distribution and storage processes We are looking for 01 Warehouse and Distribution Manager responsible for overseeing logistics, distribution, and storage of finished products, supplies, and raw materials of the company. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience leading warehouse and distribution teams in the food industry. Intermediate Office skills; SAP proficiency. Responsibilities: Plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Coordinate the entire order cycle—from when finished products arrive at the warehouse until they are received by the customer. Manage relationships with external carriers and ensure transportation conditions are appropriate to preserve product quality. Monitor departmental KPIs, such as inventory levels, delivery lead times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency, etc. Ensure adherence to the department’s budget and company objectives, minimizing transportation and warehousing costs. Coordinate distribution activities of finished products to customers, optimizing routes and reducing delivery times. Implement efficient inventory control systems, utilizing tools such as FIFO/FEFO to ensure product freshness. Develop strategies to optimize the company’s distribution and storage processes based on industry best practices.
