Opportunities for professional development and career progression On behalf of our client — a leading company in the food industry engaged in food manufacturing and distribution — we are seeking Warehouse Assistants for our facility in Ate Requirements: • Minimum education required: Completed secondary education. • At least 6 months of prior experience in warehouse positions. • Experience operating forklifts. • Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. • Availability to work in Ate. Functions and Responsibilities: • Prepare shipping documents for product transfers. • Prepare merchandise for dispatch. • Receive and inspect incoming goods. • Store fast-moving consumer goods (using forklifts). • Package products. • Verify and organize merchandise on shelves. • Monitor and maintain expiry date controls. • Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned sections. • Record, classify, code (label), and transfer incoming materials to designated storage areas. • Conduct periodic inventory counts. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Work Schedules: Weekly rotating shifts: • Shift 01: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Shift 02: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Shift 03: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Benefits: • Work location: Ate • Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits under the general labor regime (bonus payments, CTS, health insurance, and paid vacation). • Salary: S/1300.00 PEN • Perfect attendance bonus: S/50.00 PEN • 100% covered meals • Positive work environment, opportunities for professional development and career progression.
