Job Summary: We are seeking an operational Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and execute merchandise, inventory, and workforce management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of merchandise conditioning and dispatch. 2. Inventory control and product quality management. 3. Leadership and optimization of warehouse team and space. Steel importing and trading company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Operational Role) Work Location: Callao Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with availability for overtime, night shifts, and weekends. Work Modality: On-site Formal employment with all statutory benefits (General Regime) Requirements: Completed secondary education. Desirable: Training in Good Storage Practices. Experience operating forklifts. 2 years of operational work experience. Main Responsibilities: Execute and supervise merchandise conditioning (receiving, inspection, counting, sampling, labeling, storage, and dispatch) in accordance with established procedures. Control inventories (daily and cycle counts), ensuring stock accuracy and preventing claims. Verify merchandise condition and quality, identifying and reporting defective or non-conforming items. Coordinate and ensure proper preparation, receiving, and dispatch of merchandise according to documentation (delivery notes, invoices, and orders). Organize, lead, and supervise the workforce, promoting productivity, efficiency, and a positive working environment. Optimize warehouse space utilization (organization, slotting, BPAs, and storage). Coordinate import receiving, managing required resources (space, personnel, and equipment). Supervise compliance with BPAs, organization, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the warehouse. Manage operational incidents and promptly report to the supervisor. Monitor appropriate use of equipment, machinery, tools, and traffic flow in maneuvering zones.
