Currently, we are looking for an Auditor, and your mission will be to manage and organize internal control and audit procedures, verify compliance with standards and guidelines across company processes, and support the transparent and efficient achievement of corporate objectives. What will you do in this role? Verify that controls defined for organizational processes and activities are implemented by those responsible for execution. Support documentation of procedures for various company operations, reviewing and socializing defined procedures. Coordinate asset control processes through periodic physical counts. Coordinate scheduling of physical inventories conducted across the Davissa Group companies. Conduct monthly follow-up of procedures implemented for inventory management across all Davissa Group companies. Ensure timely delivery of operational information generated within the respective area. Verify quantity discrepancies identified in point-of-sale inventories, participating in internal investigation processes for shortages or overages. Review accounting processes, collect data, and document the process. Conduct periodic cash reconciliations for point-of-sale and administrative funds. Support the Internal Audit Department on any emerging issues to facilitate timely decision-making aimed at achieving expected results. Verify implementation of recommended improvement actions by process leaders. Safeguard verbal and written information reliably and confidentially. What are the job requirements? You must be a final-year university student or a graduate in fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, process and procedure analysis and control, knowledge of accounting, and handling of tax and financial information. SAP knowledge is desirable. You must have intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Willingness to travel once per month. Experience in the retail, logistics, or related sectors is desirable.
