Job Summary: An experienced dishwasher is required for food concessionaires to perform dishwashing tasks, assist in preparing accompaniments and beverages, and maintain the service area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in kitchen and service. 2. Maintenance of hygiene and order. 3. Friendly interaction with customers. A reputable food concessionaire in the market requires a dishwasher for the early morning shift, with experience in food concessionaires, to work in Ventanilla and support the following tasks: • Wash all tableware (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, trays, etc.) used for food distribution according to the assigned shift (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); do not allow accumulation on tray racks and/or tables. • During available time, assist in preparing accompaniments; prepare chili sauces, condiments, sandwiches, etc. • Assist in kitchen service by preparing cold and hot beverages. • Assist in kitchen service by preparing desserts, disinfecting fruits, making sancocho, peeling potatoes, etc. • Prepare the service line for lunch and/or dinner. • Serve and remove used items from customers during service. • Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area. • Collect and wash trays. • Remove food residue from tableware. • Assist in cleaning tables and the dining hall as needed. • Organize and store tableware. • Ensure customers do not leave any personal belongings behind and return them accordingly. • Treat customers courteously, including when they request assistance (e.g., inquiries about services or any information requested). If unable to assist due to lack of knowledge, politely ask the customer to wait momentarily while another colleague is summoned to help. • Other duties inherent to the position.
