If you are ready for a **new challenge** and wish to become part of our professional team, we invite you to apply and be part of our story! !Join Our Team! **PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS** * Certified Public Accountant (licensed and registered). * **5 to 8 years** of experience in **accounting, human resources, and finance** within **engineering or construction companies**. * Knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations and treasury management. **TOOLS PROFICIENCY** * Accounting ERP systems (CONCAR, SAP FI, Odoo Accounting). * Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, reconciliations). * PLE/SUNAT, electronic invoicing (Nubefact or others). * Power BI or Excel for managerial reporting. * **Experience managing accounting teams and monthly closing processes.** * Ability to make **decisions in accounting and administrative areas**. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate, supervise, and execute accounting, treasury, and human resources functions. * Ensure tax compliance and file taxes according to applicable regulations. * **Prepare weekly and monthly closings, financial statements, and administrative, financial, and accounting reports** for management. * Manage collections, cash flow, and banking relationships. * **Implement internal controls and process improvements in accounting and finance.** **CORE COMPETENCIES** * **Appropriate interpersonal relationship management** and **assertive communication**. * Strong communication skills and orientation toward legal compliance. * Responsible and **proactive**. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * **Leadership and supervision capabilities**. * Rigor and order in handling financial information. * Critical analysis and decision-making ability. **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** **Send CV to email: recursoshumanos@tecmeing.com** **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 AM \- 1:00 PM Residence near Chorrillos or its surrounding areas Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
